Khoa has 20 years’ experience advising on public and private acquisitions, including strategic mergers and business combinations, asset and stock acquisitions, complex cross-border acquisitions, tender offers, divestitures, and spinoffs. His experience has spanned a wide range of industries, including software, semiconductors, cybersecurity, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, information technology, and life sciences. (J.D. 1997, Northwestern University) Christine Wong , the former Head of International Compliance at Fujitsu, and a former federal prosecutor, joined the firm as a partner in the Investigations + White Collar Defense Group . At Fujitsu, Christine oversaw global investigations, supervising large internal and external teams. She also has substantial trial and courtroom experience, from her years as a federal prosecutor. Christine focuses her practice on investigations, white collar criminal defense, and cross-border compliance matters, with an emphasis on anti-bribery and corruption, antitrust, competition, and export control.
