Michelle Kley joined Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. as general counsel, secretary, and executive vice president of legal. Previously, Michelle was senior vice president, chief legal and compliance officer, and secretary of Maxar Technologies Inc. At MoFo, Michelle was an associate in the San Francisco Corporate Group from 2010 to 2011. Robert McKague joined Tricida, Inc. as executive vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer. Previously, Robert was senior vice president, associate general counsel of Jazz Pharmaceuticals. At MoFo, Robert was an associate in the Palo Alto Litigation Group from 1997 to 2006.
