Previously, Kerry was corporate counsel for Lindblad Expeditions. At MoFo, Kerry was an associate in the New York Corporate Group from 2005 to 2010. Leonard Chanin joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as deputy to the chairman. Previously, Leonard was deputy general counsel and senior vice president at Fifth Third Bank. At MoFo, Leonard was partner and of counsel in the Washington, D.C. Finance Group from 2012 to 2017. Jonathan Perkel joined FinTech start-up Qapital as general counsel. Previously, Jonathan had been general counsel for Fareportal (CheapOair), Travelocity, and Site59. At MoFo, Jonathan was an associate with the New York Corporate Group from 1999 to 2001. William Revelos joined Analytics 4 Life as vice president and general counsel. Previously, William was principal owner of Insight Legal Services and served as General Counsel with TriVascular, Inc. and Zeltiq Aesthetics, Inc. At MoFo, William was a patent attorney in the Palo Alto Intellectual Property Group from 1997 to 2000. Michael H. Shaffer joined Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment as senior vice president of business development. Previously, Michael was an advisor to Google and, prior to Google, held the role of vice president of business development at Dropbox, Inc. At MoFo, Michael was an associate with the San Francisco Business Group from 1994 to 1996.
