Charles E. Schwenck joined Meridian Energy Group, Inc. as executive vice president of law and chief commercial officer. Previously, Charles was a partner at Crowell & Moring, LLP. At MoFo, Charles was a partner in the Orange County Business Group from 1996 to 2000. Cecilia Ziniti joined the San Francisco- based Lambda School as general counsel. Previously, Cecilia was lead counsel and director of product, regulatory, and intellectual property legal at Cruise.
