MoForever Winter 2021 | 36 ALUMN I UPDAT ES Elissa Walter now serves as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of California. Previously, Elissa was a judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. At MoFo, Elissa was an associate in the San Francisco Environment & Energy Litigation Group from 2018 to 2019. Frank H. Wu joined Queens College as its president. Previously, Frank was the William L. Prosser Distinguished Professor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At MoFo, Frank was an associate with the San Francisco Litigation Group from 1992 to 1994.
