At MoFo, Clare was a senior associate in the San Francisco Financial Transactions Group from 2005 to 2013. Alex Kreit joined the faculty as an assistant professor and director of the center on addiction law and policy at Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Previously Alex was a professor and co-director of the center for criminal law and policy at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. At MoFo, Alex was an associate in the San Francisco Litigation Group from 2005 to 2007. Catherine Lee joined Metacrine Inc. as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Previously, Catherine was senior vice president and general counsel of Omnione Inc. At MoFo, Catherine was an associate in the Los Angeles Corporate Group from 1998 to 1999. Prashant Rai joined Siguler Guff & Company as vice president within the distressed and special situations investment team. Previously, Prashant was an investment analyst at Mangrove Partners.
