Robert Townsend joined SoftBank Group as its first global chief legal officer, chief compliance officer and senior vice president. Robert was a partner in the San Francisco Corporate Group and co-chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. During his 34-year tenure with the firm, he served in various roles, including chair of the Points Committee, member of the Executive Committee, chair of MoFo’s Global Business Department from 1996 to 2003, and managing partner of the Tokyo office from 1994 to 1996. Ryan J. Richardson joined Stripe as global financial partnerships counsel. Ryan was an associate in the Financial Services Group in Washington, D.C., and New York from 2015 to 2018. Nikita A. Tuckett joined Facebook, Inc., as lead commercial counsel, supporting Instagram and Messenger. Nikita was an associate in the San Francisco Technology Transactions Group from 2015 to 2018. Keiko E. Rose is now serving as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court of the District of Hawaii. Keiko was an associate in the Tokyo Litigation Group from 2017 to 2018. NEW MOFO ALUMNI
