29 | MoForever Winter 2019 ALUMNI ACCOMPLISHMENTS Evan H. Ackiron was promoted to chief of the White Collar Crime Division of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office. Previously, Evan was the managing attorney of the Special Prosecutions Unit. At MoFo, Evan was an associate in the San Francisco Litigation Group from 1992 to 1995. Colin Bennett was promoted from head of legal and compliance to general counsel-U.S. for HelloFresh. At MoFo, Colin was an associate in the San Francisco Corporate Group from 2013 to 2014. Gregory Bonfiglio was named as a member to the Healios KK Board of Directors in Japan. He also joined the BioBridge Global Regenerative Medicine Advisory Board in Texas and he was named as an associate in the Healthcare Track for Creative Destruction Labs in Vancouver. Gregory is the founder and managing partner of Proteus LLC, and is the chairman of the board for the Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine in Toronto. At MoFo, Gregory was an associate, and then partner, in the San Francisco and Palo Alto Labor Group from 1983 to 2000. Adrienne Go has been appointed to the University of California, Hastings College of the Law board of directors. Adrienne is currently associate general counsel at eBay Inc. At MoFo, Adrienne was an associate in the Real Estate Group from 1988 to 1996. John A. Good was promoted from president and chief operating officer to chief executive officer for Jernigan Capital, Inc., a NYSE-listed REIT. At MoFo, John was a partner in the Washington, D.C. Corporate Group and co-chair of the REIT practice group from 2013 to 2015. Andrew Hall has been appointed chief financial officer for Borrego Solar Systems. Andrew also remains Borrego’s general counsel and retains responsibility for leading IT. At MoFo, Andrew was an associate in the Palo Alto Corporate Group from 2009 to 2011. Nicole Ozer was named to The Recorder ’s 2018 list of Women Leaders in Tech Law, which recognizes outstanding work in helping the law and the legal profession address novel issues raised by technological advances. Nicole is the technology and civil liberties director for the ACLU of California and has led the organization’s work on consumer privacy, government surveillance, and free speech and the Internet since 2004. At MoFo, Nicole was an associate in the San Francisco Litigation Group in 2004.
