Prior to joining Ancestry, Steve worked at Microsoft as Corporate Counsel and was Associate Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services. At MoFo from 2014 to 2017, Steve was a Corporate Associate in the Palo Alto office. Jim Black joined Northern Data AG as Head of Legal, North America in May 2021. Previously at MoFo from 2016 to 2020, Jim was Of Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office. Nicole Elemen joined Roku, Inc. as Director, Employment Counsel in February 2021. Nicole joins Roku from Workday, where she acted as Senior Employment Counsel. At MoFo, Nicole was an Employment and Labor Associate in the Palo Alto office from 2015 to 2019. Michele Lau joined GoDaddy as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in July 2021. Michele previously acted as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and Associate General Counsel, at McKesson Corporation. At MoFo, Michele was a Corporate Attorney in the San Francisco office from 2002 to 2008. Gloria Lee joined Newsela as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in April 2021. Prior to joining Newsela, Gloria was Director, Legal at Google following its acquisition of Fitbit, where she was VP, Deputy General Counsel for over five years and Lead Counsel at McKesson for nearly eight years.
