Brian joined MoFo from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he served as Chief of the Market Integrity and Major Frauds (MIMF) Unit in the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section. In this senior role, he supervised a team of roughly 40 federal prosecutors investigating and prosecuting complex securities, commodities, and other major corporate fraud cases. Her practice focuses on complex cross-border financing transactions in emerging markets worldwide, with a particular focus on Latin America, Central and South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East.
