POPCHIPS Morrison & Foerster represented Sonora Mills Foods, Inc. in its recent sale to VMG Partners. Sonora Mills is the maker of popchips, one of the leading better-for-you snack brands in North America. Morrison & Foerster has worked with Sonora for more than 10 years, starting with the launch of the iconic popchips brand, which redefined the snack space by creating a new category in popped snacks.
