(now Novonor) in the wake of a multijurisdictional resolution of one of the largest bribery schemes in history. After 3½ years of work by a cross-office team, including more than 900 interviews, more than 5,000 transactions tested, and 100 presentations on compliance and financial controls, the company successfully completed the monitorship. Investigations
