We serve as counsel to Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), a leading provider of financial services to both emerging companies and the technology and life sciences industry at large, in connection with the bankruptcy cases of Achaogen, uBiome, J. Hilman, Vector Launch, Sandbox VR, Wave Computing, Inc., and Savari, among others. We advise SVB regarding the terms of debtor-in-possession financing and consensual use of cash collateral, as well as all other aspects of these bankruptcy cases, including cash management arrangements, 363 asset sales, restructuring support agreements, and the chapter 11 plan process.
