Born as a direct-to-consumer business, Duke Cannon quickly gained footing in independent and specialty retailers, and recently expanded into over 30,000 of the nation’s leading food, drug, and mass retailers. Rooted in military history, the brand gains inspiration from active duty soldiers and donates a portion of its profits to causes that benefit veterans. We also represented Main Post and its portfolio company, Fortis Solutions Group, which develops printing, packaging, and labeling solutions, in Fortis’s acquisition of Kala Packaging, a provider of custom labels and packaging services for the food and beverage, health and beauty, and nutraceutical end-markets. We also advised Main Post in its growth investment into Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, a manufacturer of science-backed skincare products.
