MoForever Winter 2019 | 16 EUROPE & ASIA Dan Coppel joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate , Private Equity + Venture Capital , and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups . With more than 20 years of experience, including leading on several landmark transactions, Dan focuses on cross-border private M&A, private equity and joint venture deals, and restructurings. His experience spans a number of industry sectors, including technology, manufacturing, energy, and natural resources. With more than 25 years of experience, Caroline brings a focus on cross-border leveraged acquisitions, corporate lending, restructuring, and securitization/structured debt. She represents major banks, corporate borrowers, and private equity firms on their financing requirements, including assisting them with the negotiation of unsecured and secured syndicated and bilateral loans, acquisition and IPO financings (including senior and mezzanine, unitranche, and term loan B facilities), corporate bonds, and tax-driven structured finance transactions. (LL.B.1987, University College) Benoit Lavigne joined the firm as a partner in the Finance Group . He brings to the firm a wealth of experience in complex, cross-border finance matters. Benoit focuses primarily on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and special-situations lending and has significant experience in refinancing, margin lending, and IPO financing.
